Join me for slow yoga, a practice that provides participants with the opportunity to slow down and tune into the body.
The program focuses on stretching and relaxation through poses that assist the nervous system to reach a rest and digest state – promoting better sleep and overall health.
The classes are very accessible to every BODY regardless of fitness or flexibility. Pose options are given and no experience is required to enjoy and feel at ease in the classes.
It’s about stretching, finding space and re-connecting to the body through the breath.
What I love about yoga is it’s portability. You can practice just about anywhere, all you need is a bit of floor space or a patch of grass. Yoga doesn’t discriminate, it’s available to everyone at any age.
My intention is to still be practicing when I’m 90!
I am a certified Chair Yoga Instructor. Chair Yoga is ideal for corporate wellness programs and for anyone who is unable to, or prefers not to practice yoga on a mat.
I also offer private one-on-one yoga sessions via an online platform or face-to-face where available.

SLOW YOGA FLOW
I will guide you through a gentle yoga sequence, to finish with some relaxing stretches and a short meditation.
